What is our returns policy?

We accept returns for gear purchased through our website within a 120-day period for a refund back to the original form of payment. We feel this should be enough time for you to experience your gear, discover whether you love it, and get it back to us.

Order shipping costs to ship items to you are non-refundable, keep in mind Ground Shipping is free for orders over $75 for all Canadian customers, and your package must make it back to us within 120 days. Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to return a package?

Please use the packaging we provide with your order to send us the product for return. The bag we provide is reusable. We request you to add an additional cover on top to ensure safety of the product during returns. We do not offer a reverse pickup service. We request you to return your product using a local postal service of your choice to the following address:

Please note that the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be refunded. Please ensure to add the order number in your returns package for faster processing.

In the rare case that you get a defective or damaged product, please contact us with the issue and we will be happy to help you with your returns/refund.

Refunds

Once our team processes your returns, we will refund you the cost of the product minus any taxes. All refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 30 working days. Please note that if your returns reaches us beyond the 120 days period, no refunds will be provided. The product returned to us will be shipped back to you only if you agree to pay the cost of shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for products that are not defective or damaged.
